Summary of role:

The employees of the Telesales department ensure the increase in customer satisfaction, the generation of sales, an increase in market coverage and the service quality Schwacke.

Key responsibilities:

  • Telephone new customer inbound / outbound
  • Maintain the customer database in Salesforce.com
  • Support for external services in the form of term arrangements
  • Telephone customer support, customer retention (including: satisfaction surveys)
  • Notes on new products
  • Addressing current actions
  • Customer recovery
  • Explaining and selling Schwacke products on the phone
  • Processing of telephone and written customer requests
  • Implementation of inbound and outbound actions for revenue retention and increase

Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours required: 

  • Completed full training
  • Proven professional experience in the fields of outbound telephony, sales and customer support
  • Very good German expression in spoken and written
  • Basic knowledge in English
